“Gorgeous French meal”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 11, 2013 via mobile

I followed the menu gourmand - 3 good courses for 25 euros, husband had paella. All washed down by a local rose...I was expecting 3 smallish dishes but they were more than ample....very good value for Provence & even England. There was a mountain of fish in the paella, husband said he had never seen so much in one dish. Our girls had fries and even they were shaped beautifully & presented in a fish shape dish....yummy...

“Great food enjoyed by all the family”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 5, 2013

We found this after driving through Sant Jacut to get a closer view of the muscle beds. We had no problem getting a table, but at the end of August, this is already a quiter time in Brittany...if you go earlier in the summer, it's probably best to book a table.
I had a very tasty bowl of moules et frites cooked in saffron, the rest of the family had pasta or pizza and enjoyed it as much as I did.
The kids were especially pleased because there is free wifi in the little bar area...so they cleared off there while we finished our meal!!

“Popular restaurant”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 7, 2013

We arrived early after a day at the beach to find all but 1 table on the terrace reserved. We had the pizza, which we enjoyed. While eating many other casual diners called in hoping for a table but were unlucky. It may be best to reserve.

“Good value - typical French Family Restaurant”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 11, 2012

Loved the experience - good food at a super price.

Seafood is excellent - as you would expect in St Jacut - but meat dishes also good.

Expect to pay 50E for 2 including wine and coffee - with "typical" French Cooking.

“Horrendous”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 24, 2012

We had the misfortune of eating the worst meal of our holiday in this place. The pizzas were not terrible, but mine came complete with a hair (not mine, it was black and my hair is blonde). When this was mentioned to the very unfriendly server, she just shrugged. It was also the only place where we could not finish the house wine we ordered, it was so awful. We are not at all picky or demanding, but our experience at this place was not a happy one. There are not many places to eat in this village, but I would recommend going anywhere else but here. We were hiking and without a car, so our options were limited.
