Great location and lots of room. It has 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Downstairs has the 1 bathroom with a bath/shower and the other 2 bedrooms have walk in cubicle showers. It is upstairs open plan living which we quite liked and had lovely views out. There are plenty of walks of varying length and ability you can do from this location, plenty of information about these in the property. The only negative is that the 3 sofas need replacing they are well worn and 1 of them is actually broken so sinks into the floor, after a long days walking relaxing with a glass a wine it was uncomfortable. Should this get addressed which we are advising the property agents Holiday Cottages (the owners may not be aware and the agents probably aren't located to actually inspect), we will be back again as we couldn't book our usual cottage but were very glad to find another that we very much liked. Local shops, pub, tea room. We didn't try the tea room but shop people very friendly and pub was warm, welcoming and homely food.
