Fantastic place. Extremely helpful. Booked for a birthday weekend with friends. From start to finish the service and communication was spot on. The cottage is beautiful and immaculate. It's kitted out with everything you could possibly need. So much thought has gone in to going the extra mile. I would highly recommend this pretty place. I'll definitely be returning in the summer!

Wonderful little cottage in a beautiful part of the peak district. Easy access to a walk behind the cottage too with great views.

Anya had great communication skills and did everything to make our stay as easy as possible which it was. She even left us firewood for our 2 nights stay.

house was spotless and perfect in every way. Thankyou anya for a wonderful weekend

Booked a 2 night stay for my husband's birthday-Really enjoyed the cottage- the furnishings are of a very high quality and lots of extras made this a perfect getaway. There's space to park the car right by the door. The terraced garden was a lovely quiet sunny place to have breakfast and solar lights at night made it look lovely. Would really recommend this cottage as an idea place to stay to explore the Peak district.

“Lovely Cottage”
Reviewed May 28, 2015 for a stay in April 2015

Our 3 night stay was made by the lovely homely cottage, we couldnt of asked for more in that respect, the only negative was the Parking situation we only managed to park one of the three nights we stayed outside the cottage and as there is a quarry close by lorries are up and down the hill at 4/4.30 onwards. but overall a lovely stay.

“Toodles - A little gem in Cromford!”

Just returned home from a weekend stay at Toodles Cottage. The host kept us well informed before our visit and ensured we had everything we needed for a warm and welcome stay at the cottage, which was spotlessly clean and very well equipped e.g. fridge, microwave, toaster, plenty of kitchen equipment, various board games, a TV and a box full of local visitor information. Towels are provided and there is a shower over the bath, nice to have a choice, and complimentary toiletries and slippers. Comfortable beds with good quality bedding and adjustable central heating. Outdoor seating area with chiminea was lovely, would be even more so in warmer weather.

There is a parking space right outside the cottage. The village centre is a 5 minute walk down a fairly steep hill, fine for anyone unless you have limited mobility.

Cromford was a good base for our planned walk around Chatsworth and we can recommend the Boat Inn for both food and live music (we visited on a Saturday evening). There are local shops selling the usual basics you might require.

All in all we had a fabulous, comfortable stay at Toodles Cottage and can't praise it enough.

Thank you Anya and we hope you get many more visitors to this little gem.

Weekend stay with family.

A lovely, homely cottage. Beautifully presented and equipped with everything you could need. Lovely fire and gets very cosy in the evening. Comfy beds and a lovely bathroom. Is situated on a road however this did not prove to be noisy or cause us any issues. The Boat Inn in the village very welcoming, great live music on the Friday night and a good selection of reasonably priced ales.

Would definitely return.
