We were certainly ready for lunch by the time we arrived and were encouraged by the number of other cyclists that were already eating. We were not disappointed. The service was prompt and the selection was very good. We particularly liked the chicken and pesto wrap and the Quinoa Greek salad. It was a very enjoyable stop, sitting in the sun overlooking the bike path. We left refreshed and ready to complete our journey for that day.

I've reviewed this elsewhere, under "hotels". Not sure if this review will be separate.

The food and service were first-rate. At dinner I had a steak-frites, perfectly done with an above-average cut of steak. But breakfast was the real celebration, with home-baked bread and an excellent spread, served on the outdoor terrace. A perfect start to the day!

We are often on the bike path ( Le Petit Train du Nord), and pass this converted train station in Labelle ( north of Mont Tremblant). We stopped in last week for another great lunch. Danielle ( the owner) is fluently bilingual, and ready to share her knowledge of the area for summer and winter activities. We had a delcious home-made soup and pizza- both great!! Highly recommend this stop on the bike path for a meal.

Having bicycled 50 kms I needed some great food. It started with a cup of hot soup, Squash with saffron, deliciously creamy subtly flavoured and piping hot, followed by a warm greek quinoa salad. The chef came to my table and suggested would I try his salad warm and I thought why not. It was so delicious and wonderfully seasoned. Chunks of tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion and spinach. Feta cheese and sliced black olives in the mix with warm fluffily quinoa it was heaven. I had fresh squeezed lemonade with lemon slices to boot! This meal filled the spot. It was healthy and delicious and gave the fuel to bike another 26 ams to my final destination. I will certainly stop again at this little gem along the bike trail!

After booking a girls weekend away at Blueberry Lake, Labelle, we checked out the internet for a nice restaurant not too far from the resort and we found "La Gare Restaurant Bar". Considering Labelle is a very small town we were not expecting too much. But, our expectations were FAR surpassed. The owners of the restaurant are wonderful, friendly people who made us feel as though we were seasoned regulars. The decor was enchanting & so welcoming, right down to wonderful hand cream in the bathroom. The food was so creative, with original twists and truly 5 star taste. To top it all off was the cost, so affordable. Needless to say this is a must try restaurant for anyone who will be in the Tremblanc / Labelle area.

We can't wait to go back!!
