Even though they where very busy, the service was excellent. The owner also came to the table to ask if everything was as expected, which was very kind.
The food was of good quality. The salamis are produced by themselves, the pork tuna was very interesting.
The meat over stone was very good (the sauces are very interesting), although for meat lovers I would recommend the filleto, which is a thicker piece and they cooked at your choice (not at all overcooked, as it is in other places when you ask for medium rare).
The dessers are irresistible, and the price more than resonable, so I don't think you can ask more from a traditional ossolan food restaurant.
I recommend to reserve a table.
