I can only echo what everyone else has written about this B&B. As my heading suggests I could not find fault during a two night stay here with my wife. Jo and Stephen welcome guests like they are long lost friends and cook the best breakfast I have had in many a year. The two bedrooms are spacious, comfortable and clean and there is an additional sitting area for guests between the two bedrooms. On arrival (which was at 8pm) Stephen bought us a cafetiere of coffee and chocolate biscuits, a very welcoming gesture. The house is in a lovely rural setting and they have a lovely garden which adds to the overall ambiance. This couple could not do more for their guests.

Having spent 2 nights in noisy Great Yarmouth this was like a little piece of heaven.
On arrival we were treated to coffee in the pretty garden before being shown to our room via a few steep winding stairs which opened onto a relaxing guest lounge. Our room was large, tranquil and very pretty with a comfortable bed and bedding. We slept like logs both nights. The bathroom was huge and the over bath shower was lovely. We enjoyed lots of little extras like a variety of teas, coffees and hot chocolate sachets in the room plus biscuits, quality toiletries and little bath bombs.
The breakfasts were excellent and made with local produce. Th full English was lovely and so was the smoked haddock. Sadly we just didn't have room to sample all the local preserves, perhaps next time.
Stephen and Jo are great hosts, relaxed, welcoming and informative. We visited 2 restaurants on their recommendation and both were very good. The Black Boys at Aylsham and the Bella Vista in Cromer.
Buxton was a good base for visiting the Broads, we hired a canoe from 'Canoeman' and starting from The Mill at Buxton we paddled along the River Bure to Coltishall and then took the little steam train back to Buxton. It was a great experience and not as difficult as you might imagine.
A great place to stay. Thank you both for your hospitality, and we wish you all the best for the future.

We spent three nights at The Beeches where Jo and Stephen made us most welcome. Our room was large and extremely comfortable with a good sized bathroom. There was a huge garden to sit in when returning from a busy day out. Stephen provided daily weather reports at breakfast, along with ideas to make our day enjoyable. Overall the accommodation and breakfast were excellent in every aspect. There were some very good restaurants nearby; The Recruiting Sergeant at Horstead and The Crown at Banningham to name only two.

We spent two nights with Jo and Stephen, more than home from home.

The accommodation is first class and the breakfast truly delicious (set you up for the day).

They have thought of everything to make guests comfortable and at home.

Highly recommend this lovely B&B.

The welcome was friendly, the rooms superbly set up (lots of storage, good bathrooms and a selection of refreshments and toiletries). Breakfast was huge and lots of variety, all hot food was really hot.
We went with another couple and we had a shared sitting room with small fridge containing fresh milk.
Beautiful grounds meant that we had delightful views from our rooms and could watch the birds on the feeders.
Only down side was the steep, narrow staircase which has to be dealt with.
Within reach of the Beeches there were several excellent eating places.
We would certainly return here.

Room Tip: There are 2 letting rooms and they are both superb.

A really special place, great hosts, great location. We stayed this bank holiday weekend and it was just what we needed. Very clean room and lots of nice touches that do make a difference.
The breakfast was really good, real sausages and good eggs/bacon etc. Jo and Stephen are lovely people who go the extra mile to make your stay as comfortable as possible, nothing to much trouble and really helpful. If we go back to Norfolk we will go back and stay again, it really is a treat.

Room Tip: There are two rooms, one double and one twin, both are beautiful.
