We have dined here on a number of occasions, including Christmas lunch. The restaurant serves fine food from Lunigiana, often with a modern twist. Ingredients are locally sourced and of a high quality. Traditional dishes are adapted to work with local ingredients in season and are mouth watering. The presentation is excellent and reflects the care that the restaurant takes in producing each dish.
It is a family-run restaurant, and Tiziana, Chiara and Laura couldn't be more welcoming and friendly. Customers are treated like family and the service is impeccable. Nothing is too much trouble and a special request was easily accommodated after checking with the kitchen.
The food is really quite delicious and generally exceeds expectation. It is a joy to experience the restaurant's sophisticated interpretation of traditional dishes.
Highly recommended, but do make a reservation as seating is limited.
