Apartment, although a fairly new build, was in dire need of a good clean and maintenance work. There was dust everywhere including on the beds and patio doors (inside and out) and patio furniture were covered in grime. Spent the first day washing bed linen and cleaning the place out. Agent for owner apologised for mess and admitted he had not bothered to wash bedding in second bedroom as he assumed it would not be used as there were only two of us staying!! There were several issues throughout our stay which we reported via email to Katerina the owner; wifi did not work for five days and faulty bulbs kept tripping electric out. Other problems (broken toaster and falling mortar from broken bedroom patio door) we did not report as we decided to just bite the bullet and get on with our holiday. We did not go near the pool as the few plastic chairs were - again - filthy with badly stained cushions. Word of warning to anyone who can't use stairs - lift does not work. This is not temporary. Plus points - Katerina very responsive to all complaints despite being out of the country I strongly suspect she needs to change agents. The apartment (all issues aside - as most can be fixed) is a good two bed, two bathroom accommodation with lovely sea views.
