This was our first time in Cyprus and probably one of our best holidays in years.
You would really struggle to fault this hotel especially the all inclusive option, but looking at the reviews there are clearly those who do!
Wew arrived on a late flight from the UK and despite that we were given a warm welcome from the reception staff who checked us in very efficiently and then fed us on reserved sandwiches and a drink which was very welcome after a long flight, and then a slight delay with our hire car.
The Hotel itself was in a quiet location with its own beach and although only a short walk, conveniently distanced from the main Paphos road. When we were there the clientelle appeared to be mainly British and Russian. The facilities were wonderful, a lovely warm outdoor pool, indoor pool if required lots of garden and sun bathing areas. Numerous bars, gym, sauna, shop etc etc and very family friendly.
Rooms and hotel in general were all kept very clean and well presented.
The staff were great, helpful, polite, attentive (without being over enthusiastic) and fun, and the evening entertainment very good.
As previously mentioned we went for the all inclusive option which for a 3 star hotel was very good value for money. The food was always buffet self service whilst wine was served to you.A good choice of food catering for most tastes although an occasional Cypriot themed evening menu would have been nice.
In general this was a great hotel in a quiet location but actually not far from the busier Coral bay resort or even Paphos It had a relaxed laid back feel and we loved it. If I wanted to be really petty I would have said it should have had free WiFi which in this day and age is pretty much expected, but that negative was well suppressed by the wonderful sea views and sunsets.

Room Tip: Get a room with a balcony and sea view the small additional charge is well worth it.

Spent a week here in July with my lovely and was very, very impressed. Paid slightly more for a sea view and had a real bonus by getting one of the sea front rooms below the hotel and pool. The patio doors opened onto the grassed area in front of the beach and we were able to sit and watch the sunsets each evening (wasn't really sure what people were raving about with the amount of sunset comments but having experienced them each evening, I now see what it was all about). Staff were exceptional - nothing was too much for them, they made every breakfast, lunch and dinner a pleasant experience. Food was good - salads were nice. Hotel was spotlessly clean - real attention to detail. Evening entertainment isn't the best but Coral Bay and Paphos Town are worth visiting......if only for people watching. Its a great place to stay for couples - very tranquil setting........and without wanting to sound like a snob its a great place if you want to avoid the "Jeremy Kyle" brigade! Only saw 7 tattoos and 2 pierced nipples all week.....!! Well worth booking if you just want somewhere to soak up the sun and be waited on all week.

we booked 10 nights for a family room sea view 2 adults 2 children ,the room was a double bed with two camp beds for the children age 10 & 7 the room number was 503 which was no bigger than the normal double rooms the air con is poor in this room & all the public areas too.
the food is not to great breakfast & eveing meal could have been better.
the sea view from room 503 is fab the hotel have good staff & work hard room cleaning good
bar waitress blonde girl is so nice ,there is a indoor pool & the water freezing which we liked.
we went to lara beach where the turtles hatch at nigh t& went to the baths of aphrodite .
we had a car for ten days( CCT car hire ) booked online nothing to pay upfront & no fuel& insurance rip off .
warning when handing money to pay for drinks ect check your bank note as some bars in cyprus play on the dim lighting ! .

Room Tip: if booking family room ask to look at room first & check aircon working ,

My wife and I have just spent 10 days holiday at the Queens Bay. Although only a 3.5 star it was great value for our all inclusive tariff .the staff were friendly and helpful which made our stay all the more enjoyable .The food was good but the best of all was the hotel setting especially the grassed areas made you feel even more relaxed and the glorious sunsets and views through the palm trees. Both Pathos harbour and Coral Bay wer easily accessible by a very good bus service which ran till late. Including our trips out we certainly enjoyed our holiday in Cyprus. We would not hesitate to return to the Queens Bay Hotel and would certainly recommend it to friends.

We stayed at the Queens Bay last weekend with friends. A great location with lots of sun beds around the pool in the gardens and down on the beach. The views are stunning and you could pay a lot more for not as great an outlook. I would recommend a sea view room as it does make a difference when sitting on your balcony. Its 7min drive to the centre of Coral Bay and although we had a car we got a cab in the evening which cost 12 euros and worth it so we could enjoy the cocktails. The rooms were functional and clean and the breakfast was good. Staff were helpful and friendly and the drinks were reasonably priced. Well worth a visit for the price.

Room Tip: The sea view is worth paying extra
