We had a menu with four appetisers and a secondi. The first appetiser was quite experimental, but after that the local tradition took over, which was quite a good balance. A lot of the ingredients we were told were locally sourced and the tastes were pure, simple and very very good. Service was also excellent, and good English spoken. The idea of the menu was not to really have a menu, but to offer what the availability of first class fresh local ingredients dictated, which is an approach I very much agree with.
