“Fun Golf Course for the Serious and not so Serious”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 4, 2013

The course is in great shape, If you are not in reasonable shape take a cart as there are a couple of tough walking holes on the back nine and you cannot get accecces to the clubhouse after the 5th hole. They recently had a fire and lost their clubhouse but do not let that stop you from enjoying a great game of golf

“Nice course”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 25, 2013

Sue the hotel front desk lady told me that this was a good course. After playing on it, I got some nice advice. Good challenging course. Nice. By the way the food there is pretty good as well.

“Challenging but fair”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 22, 2012

I have played this course six times since April and at least six times a year for the last 5 years. The course is kept in great condition during the playing season (Apr. to Nov.). The course is challenging with a couple of 400+ yd par 4's one of which is all uphill. It also features the shortest par 5 in the valley measuring a little under 400yds from the whites, its short but it is a test because your second or possible your third shot is all uphill to an elevated two tiered green. The restaurant serves excellent food at a good price. Green fees can vary but average about $50.00 + $20.00/ seat for a GPS equipped power cart. The only negative that I can say is that the front 9 ends quite a way from the club house and and the turn has no snack shop but is served by a mobile bev cart fairly often. Just to add that the staff is first class and is always friendly.

“Nice old course.”

A classic course, with mountain and lake views. Nice length and interesting topography. I like the vertical on several of the holes.

“Great GPS System on Golf Carts!!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 4, 2012

Wow - what an advantage, this Golf Course has a GPS system on their golf carts which totally heps map out your club selection and completely changes the game!! I played 10 shots better then my usual just because of this feature! AND they can even email you your score if you want!! How great is that?? I can't wait to play here again.

A few tips:
Play in the afternoon because morning time is "soggy time" at this course.
There is lots of water opportunities here, however they need another washroom facility on the back nine (hole 10 would be ideal).
The staff is friendly enough, their golf shop is on the small side, but has the basics.
The restaurant has grab and go items ready for purchase.
We didn't actually eat in the restaurant so I can't provide an opinion.

I would recommend this course. It was fun.
