We stayed at this B&B May 21-23 2011, and it was our first B&B ever. What an experience. Lily and Ken (the owners) were very nice and welcoming, even when we showed up in our Canucks jerseys (they are originally from Alberta). We felt welcome before we even entered our suite. We stayed in the "grape room" as opposed to the "golf room", pretty much 2 different themed/decorated rooms (you can guess which ones were decorated with what lol). The bedroom itself was an alright size, but the shared bathroom and living room were huge. We were the only ones staying there at the time, so you couldn't tell how loud 2 different couples would be. In the morning, breakfast was served. Fresh fruit/yogurt was first for both mornings as an "appy". First mornings main meal was homemade waffles, eggs, sausage and toast. Fresh juices and coffee were also served. Second mornings main course was a cheesy omelette with bacon, green onion, and spinach, with bagels and hashbrowns. The night before, they let you pick what time you want breakfast in the morning which is great. Every morning there was great conversations with the owners eating with us on the last morning there. Beds were very comfortable, and there was a large soaker tub with a stand-up shower for showers. There was also a hot tub available to guests too, although we never used it. You get your own entrance to the downstairs, so they aren't kept waiting up for you in case of a late night, although they do keep outside lights on for you since there's no streetlights in the area. It is about a 3 minute drive from the main highway between Westbank and Kelowna, and very easy to find. It felt just like home for the time we stayed at Lilys Pad, and would return again the next time we are in Kelowna!

Room Tip: Call ahead, usually booked up!

Two comfy rooms; The Golf and the Grape room with convenient and spacious living room. I chose the Grape room because Iam better with than at golf. Ideal as a 2 bedroom Suite, but fine to occupy just one room as long as you don't mind to share the large bathroom. Everything well thought out with obvious attention to detail. Service at its best including breakfast recipes. Loved the notes when coming back late and owners were asleep, yet you knew that the guests were not forgotten. Really loved it here and hope to return.

Stayed here for three days in Lily and Ken's lovely B and B. They are wonderful hosts and nothing is too much trouble. Lily thinks of everything her guests could possibly want! There are two 'themed' bedrooms, with comfy beds and very nicely furnished. One large bathroom with soaker bath and separate spacious shower, and a private sitting room with bar and semi-kitchenette. This is all on one floor and has a private entrance. There are also stairs connecting the 'apartment' to the main house - and you know you are welcome to go up there to see Lily and Ken at any time. Wireless Internet and a hottub complete the picture!
Lily bakes delicious treats and puts these, with fruit and juice etc., in the guest 'fridge.
This is a perfect base for all that Kelowna has to offer and would be perfectly suited to a family group (there is also a futon in the lounge) or a group of friends (or two couples travelling together) or even others who do not mind sharing a bathroom.
I would certainly recommend this B and B and it's generous and fun owners!

A very kind and understanding host and hostess. We turned up at 1 am (due to landslides en route) and our friends at 7 am, and she welcomed us with great warmth. The breakfast was excellent, and the washroom toiletries were of high end brands. She allowed some of us to use her own washroom when all the others were occupied.

All in all, a great experience. Our first B & B, and we have been fans ever since!
