We have been to the Paul at St Pancras station which was cramped and full of rucksacks as you might expect. The Richmond one was bigger done out in a sort of french shabby chic which bordered on unhygienic looking and could be misunderstood.
The staff were kitted out in a sort of old fashioned French Patisserie way in white and went about their duties methodically if slowly, coffees seem to take ages.
I had a cured ham and salad roll and my wife a mozzarella and salad roll both tasted really good but were serious jaw exececise fortunately we both have our own teeth but the taste made up for the effort. Those without teeth could choose a lovely looking tarte or go to Subway.
