We stayed at this inn as it was close to the airport and convenient to the motorway. Theroom was clean and comfortable and suprisingly quiet. The bathroom worked well and silently. The staff were polite and efficient and the food was excellent. We would like to stay at this inn again.

Just returned from a brilliant stay at this Premier Inn. Has recently been refurbished and the double room that we stayed in was of a very good standard with all of the facilities you would expect from this type of hotel. The restaurant next door was a bit busy at periods for breakfast, but other than that, I cannot fault the hotel. Staff were polite and friendly, and had a very speedy check-in. Location is very good; surrounded by just about every fast-food chain and supermarket you can think of, and only a 10 minute drive to the centre of W-S-M and about 5 minutes away from the M5. Would highly recommend.

Just spent a lovely couple of nights in this Premier Inn, my second visit to the same hotel. As always, the beds are luxurious and the rooms spotlessly clean. I prefer to use Premier Inn when travelling alone as I know exactly what I am going to get on arrival. I even managed to get a reduced saver rate by booking online, in advance.

Room Tip: leisure centre right next door, so pack sports kit and swimming gear, good for the kids!

Been upgraded to a good standard. Staff excellent. Just be aware if your room is in he new extension as traffic noise can be a problem through the not good fitting windows. Internet is very slow in the extension also.

A short stay here before an early morning flight from Bristol Airport. We usually stay in the Premier Inn at Sidcot but this one was £30 a night cheaper. It didn't take us much longer to get to the airport than from there - it was 5.am! - this one is also more modern and was clean and comfortable. We had a short night but it was peaceful and staff were helpful on check-in, offering to book us a table at the Beefeater next door for dinner. Had we arrived earlier we would probably have popped next door for a drink.

Will definitely consider using again rather than the one at Sidcot especially if this one is so much cheaper.
