This is our second year of holding our family Christmas lulnch at Tiffanys and we weren't disappointed - we are a party of 25+ and the staff absolutely looked after us. The food was excellent although some of the olds complained there was too much! Stomping starters, fresh vegetables with the mains and fabulous desserts - and at 3 courses for £20, it's the right price too. The service was excellent and the staff were very accommodating - especially as we have some fussy eaters and we can be a bit of a rowdy bunch. Highly recommended and if we can manage to wheel said olds up the pier again, we'll be back next year.

Why not build it TOP quality for locals and visitors alike? The white outside already looks worn; amazing that they fitted cheap metal loudspeaker housings which of course are rusting.

When we rebuilt the Grand Pier we invested £52 million. The building was desined to be as maintenance free as possible. It stands a quarter of a mile out to sea and has to withstand some very harsh weather conditions. The spec was very high but there are one or two shortcomings of which we are aware. We are dealing with these as they are spotted.

Kind regards.

Me and my husband decided to take a trip to Weston from Wales as we had never been there and fancied going somewhere different for the day. We completed out visit in 30 minutes! Nothing really against Weston itself but as it was out of season everything had shut down. On a summers day I'm sure it would be better but everything looked very old and run down. We went into the pier hoping to play a few games but only a few arcade games were operating and it was like a ghost town. Dodgems shut, fun house shut, indoor rides shut, food stalls shut. Even outside of the pier the while town looked tired and centred around elderly population. Such a shame, Barry island has more to offer on a damp and dreary day.

We are sorry you were disappointed with your visit. All of our rides are open - you just have to press the buzzer next to each ride to call a ride attendant. A great many of our machines are in use - just some are currently out of use to make room for our very popular Christmas party nights.

Kind regards.
