“Sarnia Guest House- a warm welcome!”
Reviewed February 25, 2013

We stayed at Sarnia Guest House on a cold February weekend and received a very warm welcome! Nicky & Simon are a friendly couple. The rooms are very clean and cosy and well equiped with extra bedding if required, a snug radiator and tea, coffee etc. Comfy bed and a good TV. Also very reasonable rates. The breakfast was excellent, home cooked, included in the cost, and really you could have just about whatever you fancied! I would have liked a slightly later check out time, 10am. was a bit early for me on a Sunday but not the end of the world!! We both recommend the Sarnia and would definitely stay there again when in Weston Super Mare.

Room Tip: Stairs are steep and two flights between each floor so a ground floor room if stairs are a problem f...

Lovely time and a friendly welcome. Room was lovely, modern, very clean and well presented. The breakfast was fabulous and made even better by the fact you could choose the items you wanted for the full english. Probably the best cooked breakfast I've had!

Could come and go as you please, and as booked on late rooms, was great value for money. Close to the seafront and town centre.

Would definately stay again! :)

Room Tip: Choose the ensuite room as some rooms are a shared bathroom.

In the top two B&B's that we have stayed in. The lady that greeted us was welcoming, ebullient & highly likeable. We were given a free upgrade to a room with an en-suite. The guest house is located just off the sea front & in striking distance of all the best bars & restaurants within Weston. It is palpable that B&B's live & die on the quality of their breakfast. My word, a kingly feast is provided indeed! And with proper ingredients - quality sausage (certainly no horse meat!), thick bacon, field mushrooms & fresh tomato. There is the choice to have cereals & fruit if you wish to choose the healthy path, however you would easily pay over £6 for a full English of this quality, thus we would urge anyone to induldge! Next time we stay in Weston the Sarnia will be our destinastion of choosing.

The weather was absolutely miserable but that didn't spoil my weekend as the owner was very friendly, location was very close to beach, the room was very clean and the breakfast was out of this world.

There were also a lot of choice of restaurants and bars near by :)
