The cottage was excellent spacious light everything was oozing quality one of the only places I have stayed at that actually had non stick pans, not that we did much cooking, the owners Roger and Tracy, are lovely people and cannot do enough to make you feel welcome, will definitely stay again,
Beautiful house with excellent facilities and a helpful owner. The house is local to Weston, with a pleasant wood close by for walking your dogs.We would definitely book the house again and recommend it to others.
Well situated and comfortable house which we used as a base for visiting places as far apart as Minehead, Cheddar and Lyme Regis. Plenty to do for both humans and
our dogs nearby. We had a cross section party ranging from a 93 year old lady to a 6 month old dog and all of us had a great time helped by some fantastic weather.
The Owner lives next door and popped round on a couple of occasions to give advice and answer any questions we had.
Lovely big house, pet friendly, nice little garden to sit out in the sun which we had lots of while we were there!
We were left milk on arrival and was even given gluten free cakes by Roger. Roger was nice and friendly, giving us phone numbers/leaflets/recommendations on local takeaways and pubs.
The house is in a great location with a small woods nearby, and it's about a 15 min drive to the beach. Will definetly be returning
We chose to stay here as it was listed as dog friendly & it certainly is. Well laid out with wooden floor or tiles downstairs and carpet upstairs. The attractive garden has shrub borders, lawn and a patio area with large table & chairs. Would be lovely to take breakfast there or an evening meal, sadly not in March. There is a street light which illuminates the fully enclosed garden should your 4 legged friend need a comfort break before bed. Roger welcomed us with 2lt of milk and a pack of muffins. There is some tea & coffee to get you started. He showed us round & gave directions to the supermarkets. We didn't have the best of weather but could dry the dog off in the garage without going through the house. The beds are really comfy & you can see the sea from the main double bedroom. The lounge has the biggest TV I've ever seen. It is great for exploring the area around Weston & has woodland walks within 5 mins. Sand Bay isn't that far either. We had take aways delivered during our stay & they had no problem finding us. All in all we had a really good holiday.
Lovely accommodation, very well presented in a quiet location. Met by Roger just after arrival and shown around and more importantly shown how every thing works.
Tea and coffee provided plus a welcome snack which the grandkids liked very much!
If our family needs somewhere to stay in Weston again it will be here.
