This Hotel is not only stunning and set in the most idyllic scenery but is also home to the most lovely staff!
We had an excellent time and loved every minute of it. From the moment we arrived the staff couldn’t be friendlier And could not be more helpful! Maggie Hall on the front desk is the loveliest most professional woman we have ever met! She is a total credit to Clandeboye Lodge Hotel so approachable and funny! The hotel and food is beautiful, So much so that I have booked again for Valentines! And I cannot wait! Thank you so much and we would 100% recommend.

We booked in painlessly and were greeted by the friendly and efficient Jill. Our room, on second floor was immaculately presented and once showered we walked across to the celebration room situated in a separate building close by.
A great night ensued ...... good food and great service.
A comfortable bed welcomed us at the end of the night.
In the morning we had a delicious breakfast with an attentive waitress Kirst,y thank you, and checked out around 11 feeling refreshed.
We were so impressed that we have booked in again for a meal and are taking some friends with us

Had been let down at the last minute by another restaurant. Phoned The Coq & Bull and was able to get a table for 15 people for the next day.
From the minute we arrived the staff were amazing. They were so attentive and they made a fuss of the birthday girl! The service and food were brilliant. 1st time I have been there for a meal and it definitely won't be the last.
Kirsty McCartney went out of her way for us. She even reserved a lounge area where we were able to sit afterwards and have coffee and birthday cake.

My son and daughter in law had their wedding in the clandeboye ,the room in which the service was held was beautiful , food was excellant. I would like to thank Ryan for his excellant work on asking both sets of parents their advice on the rooms for the service and dinner later that night.i would recommend the clandeboye to anybody that was getting married .

Room tip: The rooms were excellant i found no faults with them 100%

We attended Clandeboye on Saturday 15th December for our Xmas night out, we have 2 Vegetarians in our party, we explained this and they sent through there available option which unfortunately they did not like , which is no problem they were then quite happy to take the Xmas dinner without the meat ie so the dinner consisted of sides as such potatoes and veg but asked could they supply a Vegetarian gravy as the dinner would be dry without it obviously, the Clandeboye's response was "sorry we don't do Vegetarian gravy " asked would they try and get it in they said No, this is where my complaint lies the fact that a 4 Star hotel of this stature in this day in age just refused blankly to make an effort to help make there experience at the hotel a memorable one, which they both paid good money for!!, which turned out to be a very disappointing dry dinner. We certainly will not be booking our Xmas dinner with The Clandeboye next year nor any landmark celebration after this experiance!
