Nice decor, tasty food and within budget. Been here a good few times and can't say I'd ever fault them. Well done!

“Excellent early bird menu”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 18, 2013

We visited Teddy's tonight to sample the Early Bird Menu. This was our first visit and we were quite impressed. The restaurant downstairs was reasonably full but we were shown to a lovely corner table and served quickly. We chose the soup to start, a very hot creamy tomato (bowl with a lid) served with the most wonderful fresh homemade bread. I chose the fresh cod and champ as a side. My partner chose the madras curry with basmati rice. Portions were ample, so much so that we just didn't have room for dessert - and we do love both sticky toffee pudding and spicy apple crumble with ice cream and custard! On leaving we decided to have a look upstairs, and realised that it might have been a more romantic setting with its dimmed lighting and red upholstery. Next time! We will definitely be back.

“bangors little gem”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 15, 2013

Ate off the three courses for £13 menu, yes that's right i said 3 courses for £13. Had fish cake for starters and then chicken burger for mains along with garlic chips. I had to force dessert into me as the first 2 courses filled me close to bursting. Top marks to the chef who cooked everything to perfection. Staff were top drawer also. Didn't catch the waiters name but he was very polite throughout. We will defo be back.

“Great value for money!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 13, 2013

The early bird menu which is £10 for 2 courses or £13 for 3 courses is exceptional value! The food was absolutely gorgeous and the service very attentive. The menu isnt extensive but neither is it very limited, unless you're a vegetarian, only one main course choice. We will definitely be back.
