Played a round here in September. Asked Pro to fix me up with a game as I was on my own. He didn't. At least I won! Good test of golf, just a couple of holes with blind tee shots made me wish I had bought a planner. Brilliant sunshine the day I played, but it was still windy. Greens were immaculate, and fairways pretty good. Some chances to loose balls in the thick stuff, best to be straight

Friendly and excellent facilities in the club house. Wonderful location. Other halves well catered for in excellent surroundings.

Just retutrned from the fantastic Aberdovey Golf club after staying in the dormy which slept 8 of us. 4 other friends stayed in the Seabreeze Restaurant with Rooms.
The dormy provides really good, clean twin accomodation, our room was virtually on the 18th green. All the staff were incredibly friendly, as were the members. The food in the club house was excellent and all done with a smile. Great to see golfers from Royal St Davids arriving on the train to play at Aberdovey, makes this a great place to stay to play both courses with the stations being so close to both venues, easy to just wheel your clubs on and off the train. Think that will be our next trip!
Golf course was in good condition although the rough was thick due to recent rain/sun.

After much anticipation I found the course in quite poor condition, especially the greens and tees.
Perhaps it was the recent dry weather but the course seemed worn out and unloved
