“Family friendly, scenic restaurant!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 27, 2012

A lovely wee restaurant tucked away with a lovely view over the water. We decided to have our dinner here on our last night of our holiday, and we are glad we did.

As soon as we entered the restaurant we were greeted by a charming young man called Chris F (i'm quite sure that's what his name was) He seated us and was polite and friendly the whole time he waited on us.

We noticed that there was a buffet service on every night, with a different theme. The night we went it was chipshop, although it looked very enticing, we had already had a chippy the night before so we decided to have a look at the menu. Which is full and of good value. The food which we ordered included chick melted with cheese and bacon, and a full on steak. I have to admit I was a little nervous about the quality of the food, but honestly when the food came I really shouldn't have worried. The food was delicious. Great prices too really affordable, and what I liked was the option to have free refills of hot and cold drinks.

I would have to say it was one of the nices restaurants i'd been to when I was on holiday, and would most definately revisit this lovely family friendly place.

“nice restaurant”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 12, 2012

Only had breakfast here so can't comment on lunch or dinner, it is a buffet style for full or continental breakfasts, food was very good and nice and hot. Price for the full english was 8.25 pounds but kids do eat free with paying adults. There is also a bar here with a good selection of beers.
