I was told this hotel was the nicest in town. Having stayed in many 4 star hotels I cannot rate this as a four star. My room was a premium room facing a construction site so wake up call 8am. They need to put in down pillows and duvets not unbreathable polyester and desperate need of new a mattress. I had to cancel my spa treatments, so I cannot comment. I ordered room service which the soup was not hot and the salad had no dressing, salad limp. The tea though was excellent. And the parking was free. The rooms are nicely decorated. The next morning at 11am my tray was still outside my door, also there was not elevator to my floor, which I find below 4 star standard. It is a beautiful hotel and could be so much more.
