Have previously eaten in the restuarant. Has been years since had been. Had been in town shopping and was the closest restuarant in sight. Were given a warm welcome. Place was nicely decorated but cold. Good choice of food. When we gave our order we were asked if would like garlic bread or onion rings. My girlfriend agreed to garlic bread, also asked if we could have cheese on the gatlic bread. We never recieved this. Starter was ok, we ordered 5oz steak with chips as main dish. The steak if can call it that resembled strips of odd pieces of beef. Not sirloin anyway! Was quite fatty and chewy. Not what we both expected as we regularly have ordered this at other eaterie's. We were not told about the sauces or asked if would like any. I had to call the waitress 'Emma' over to ask to which I recieved a rude response. A arrogant point at the end of table as if I was meant to know they were there! Not great customer service! And was not as if the place was busy enough to excuse it. After that we quickly ate the main & asked for bill. Leaving as quick as we could. A very dissappointing time at restuarant, will definately not be eating here again!! The waitress should be put through customer service training as that is no way to speak to paying customers that arent aware of the surroundings. If you offer a selection of sauces then you should notify the customer of these at time of which main course is put onto their table.
