I bought 3 tickets as Christmas presents.
When we arrived we were greeted by a friendly member of staff & she booked us in.
We had the 8.30pm slot & we were the only people there.
We sat in the cafe & had drinks & pizza from the cafe of which was very clean & well stocked.
Whilst they were then called to the induction the rest of us there to spectate waited in the cafe. Which is open plan & there is an opportunity to take pictures of the f1 racing cars they have there & try on the clothing should you wish to purchase any.
Then we were allowed to sit in the viewing gallery which is in the same room as the simulators.
2 of the 3 people I bought tickets for really enjoyed the experience & would definitely go again. Unfortunately the other person after the practise race stopped & the very kind member of staff asked if he was ok & did he want to have the effects turned off. But it wasn't to be. So the staff member asked if I would like to take their place. I did & it was great fun. The movement of the f1 may not be to some peoples tastes but this can be turned off. I think if you are looking for a present for someone that is able to lift themselves out of the simulator, they don't get motion sickness (again remember this can be turned off) then go & have fun! I'm not sure how it would be if all 10 f1 simulators were filled & the whole place full of people. But of course if you are competitive book a day when it's full up :-) .
