I've stayed here twice. I will never stay here again.

First time I stayed here I arrived with a vehicle . The underground parking garage does NOT have an elevator so if you have baggage of any substantial weight or bulk, you will not be able to bring it up from the garage. The garage also being a pretty tight fit and be prepared to tuck your mirrors in or even possibly not being able to find a spot to park.

The logical assumption then would be that they'd have a convenient place for you to unload your vehicle so you could bring your bags upstairs and THEN go and park your car. But they don't. They need the area in front of the hotel for the airline flight crews buses to park and to pass through, and any car parked there will block the buses. I was severly chastised for parking my car there when I went to retrieve the 200 pounds of luggage I had. ( I was on the road for several months with a lot of equipment) But what else could I do? If I let their bellman take my bags he just leaves them in the middle of the lobby if he gets called away.

The other thing that really bothered me was a 15 GBP charge for internet use for a day. That's about $24, for ONE DAY!!! If a Motel 6 can give you free internet, how can a hotel justify $24 a day for the internet.

In addition, there are no soda or vending machines, so if the snack bar or restaurant is closed then you can't get a light snack. And as an airport hotel people arrive at all times of the day and night so this is not insignificant. Imagine pulling in at midnight after 10 or 12 hours of driving, having to hassle with the car and your luggage, being hungry and tired and not being able to have anything to eat or drink except tap water. Not pleasant.

The room itself was clean and modern and well insulated from the roar of the Jets. For airline flight crews, being dropped off by the bus and having little in the way of luggage it's ideal. But for someone heading off on a trip, or a family with a vehicle and a bunch of bags it's really super inconvenient to stay here.

Stayed here over night with friends as we were attending an event close by. The hotel mainly caters for people using Heathrow airport and therefore expects extreme quiet throughout the day.
After being there for a few hours we were told to be quiet in the bar area as it was a resturant and they would get complaints, even though we were not being loud and there were no other people in the bar.
On the day of departure we were asked by the person in the room next door to keep the noise down as we were tring to get the suitcases out of the room?!
The hotel is a little outdated and the bathrooms could do with refurbishment.
Was ok but have stayed in better Aurora hotels.

My husband & I recently stayed here 1 night as we were catching a morning flight. Reception staff were friendly, efficient and helpful without prompting - offering to arrange for a wake-up call, taxi and providing bus schedule info [there is free bus service to/from Arora (just outside their front door) to Heathrow - see hotel website for instructions/directions].
The room was good size, clean, well equipped (e.g., with 2 hair dryers) and very quiet. There is a restaurant & bar in the hotel. We went down the street 1 block (turn right when you leave hotel) to a Chinese restaurant (called London, HongKong) which another Tripadvisor poster recommended. It is a large restuarant - multi-room & 3 floors. The food was very good but the service was very disorganized and extremely slow - I certainly would not recommend it if you are on a tight schedule.

Reception staff was friendly and efficient.
Room was clean, quiet and effective
Request for non allergenic pillows filled within a few minutes
Staff who took luggage to room refused a 5 pound tip saying that was his job, and took time to point out features of room and operating instructions for lights, telephone and TV. He also recommended choices for evening meal. OUT OF THE ORDINARY..
Staff arranged a wakeup call and a taxi to the Airport at 7am next morning. A free bus to Heathrow is available across the street. We took a taxi due to extra luggage. 10 minutes.
One of the few hotels we have stayed that have a useful refrigerator in the room instead of an expensive stocked mini- bar. In one word :OUTSTANDING.

This is a good comfortable hotel really close to all the main terminals at Heathrow.

Rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet given how close it is to one of the main runways at Heathrow.

Staff are friendly, polite and helpful. Car parking is underground and costs £8.00 per day payable when you check-out the hotel.

The only thing is that the bus to Terminal 5 is the Number 423 London Bus (and not an airport bus like the one serving Terminals 1-4). You have to come out of the hotel, cross the road at the pedestrian crossing and walk approximately 60 metres up to the bus stop not the easiest thing to do if you have a lot of luggage. The 423 service during the day Monday to Friday is pretty frequent but be warned at night and the weekend it is a lot less frequent (every 30-35 minutes) despite the reception at the hotel telling me it was every 15 minutes. I'm sure that is the case during the week but at 19.30 on a Saturday night the service is not remotely close to every 15 minutes
