If you get a room with no one in the surrounding rooms, the noise level should be ok, but otherwise you'll hear everything from the next room. So if you can sleep through noise, stay here, otherwise don’t.

Comfortable room....good food....close to the airport. We needed a room for the night between flights. We had a good rest in a clean and comfortable room. We ate in the resturant, which had a pleasant atmosphere. The food was good and so was the service despite the fact that we showed up just prior to when the restaurant was to close. We had an early morning flight and had to return a rental car. The location was perfect for all of that. This was the perfect choice for us on this occasion.

This is a comfortable hotel for a short stay near Heathrow airport. The beds are comfortable, food is good, and the staff is pleasant and attentive. The only drawback is that you must pay for their bus transportation to and from the airport.

Great place to stay. Mazie was exceptional with customer services and very professional. Will recommend. The rooms are clean and room service was great. Approximately 5mins to heathrow airport. Questions answered without any hesitation. Great place for the price.

Very clean hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. Room clean and tidy, bed very comfy. Dinner was a 3 course meal, breakfast self-serve, very good food. Close to where i needed to be in the morning. I travelled down on the vening to be at a meeting next to the hotel in the early morning, close to where i had to be.

Needs attention to service in bar area. Rooms clean and comfortable, didn't dine but drinks in the bar limited. Also when guests are booking a taxi to West drayton maybe don't book the exclusive airport service that charges twice what a taxi would cost.
