Hotel is in convenient distance from LHR. either a short ride with the Bus or a Taxi. Great rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast.
I had a super service from the Lady at Check in, made sure I got a wakeup call, reserved my Taxi to pickup and made my stay really good by taking care of me.

New building with excellent amenities. Great value for money. Yes the location is next to heathrow airport but the experience was excellent as if it’s in the middle of the city. The room service and amenities were excellent quality.

Location was close to the airport and an easy transit ride. Check in was smooth. Room looked nice enough but our phone wasn't working in the room and the hotel wasn't able to fix it. This wouldn't be an issue generally, but we had issues with the washroom fixtures and couldn't call down.
The shower door was removed so the washroom got very wet while using the shower and the toilet did not flush properly. The hotel staff said it was user error, but we've flushed many toilets many times before without issue.
The room, once we got one with electricity and hot water was fine but the hotel offers zero amenities, rarely have I stayed in a place that made me feel more like it’s “all about the money” do yourself a favour and stay in the city and take a cab to the airport, it will most likely be cheaper and a nicer experience in the long run.
This hotel, under various names ix close to Heathrow, easy access to car rental returns..walking distance...is quiet and comfortable.and very affordable. Wish it had a free shuttle...I'd pay a bit extra to have it...else it is a 10-12 pound taxi or shuttle ride. Real plumbing as opposed what you find in the English hinterlands so it's a nice welcome home.
