Was going to be a simple one night stay before leaving early the next day. Our flight was cancelled and the staff were very helpful in booking us in for an extra day, even though they had to rearrange other guests so we could stay in the same room.
We found cheap hotel rates on the British Airways website... £41, much cheaper than the £111 we were charged for the extra night which we will claim back from the airline for the cancelled flight.
Parked out on the street right out the front of the hotel which was free between 5pm and 9am, saving the £12 hotel parking.
Good clean rooms, good restaurant and breakfast (not included in hotel price though). Very good for £41... overpriced maybe for £111

My husband, toddler, and I stayed here for 1 night before catching an early flight out of the UK.

The GOOD:
The rooms were clean and modern, the bed comfortable, and it had most things we needed.
The staff were helpful, and the place was very quiet despite it being so close to the airport.
The restaurant was good too, especially the kids meals which allowed you to customise their menu choices - ideal if you have fussy eaters!!

The NOT GREAT:
There was no fridge in the room, to keep bub's milk cold. We ended up standing it in cold water in the bathroom sink overnight.
As another reviewer pointed out, it is not walking distance from the airport, so we caught a taxi which was about £15, because we couldn't be stuffed messing about with buses with 2 large suitcases, a buggy, and a toddler. But we knew this in advance.

Overall, great value for money, very efficient, good for what it is, and I would probably stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel on July 8th 2013 as I was picking up a friend from the US who was arriving on the morning of the 9th. I found all the staff to be extremely helpful and pleasant. The room was clean and well equipped, comfortable bed, tea and coffee making facilities. The restaurant is very pleasant and food good. However, it is not at terminal 5 there is a drive and its confusing around Heathrow. My only objection is £12 for parking at the hotel. I didnt arrive until 6pm and left at 9am so i think £12 is excessive. But then again i dont see why hotel guests should have to pay for parking their car at the hotel they have paid to stay in. I can recommend this Premier Inn and i would stay there again.

Our family of 5 stayed here for one night on a layover and it was great. The location is fantastic - close to Heathrow airport terminal 5 and the bus stop for the free airport bus (and others) is just out front. Our rooms were comfortable, the food in the restaurant was delicious and the front desk people were welcoming and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here on 2nd July 2013 for one night as I was picking a friend up from Heathrow... The value of the room was £75 and £12 for parking which was valid for 24 hours. Upon my arrival I checked in via the "check in" computer situated in the lobby which was so easy to use and stress free...The room itself was clean, tidy, comfortable and the bed was ridiculously comfy! As for local amenities I could not have asked for more... petrol station next door along with a "McDonald's". There is a costa coffee shop within the hotel, a cash machine and vending machines which sell everything from crisps, chocolate and drinks to toothpaste and contraceptives! Seems this premier inn has thought of everything! Breakfast the next morning was delicious and exceptionally good value.... overall a really pleasant experience staying here and every member of staff I met was professional and polite and I knew if I had any problems with my stay they would be addressed... I have stayed in many 5 star luxury hotels and the staff at this hotel beat the "luxury" hotels by far... a big thumbs up from me and will look forward to my next stay... Thankyou
