Stayed here for one night prior to catching a flight to Washington DC. Overall I found this hotel very good value for money having only paid £40 for my room.
Upon arrival was met by friendly reception staff who checked me in quickly. The room itself was clean and had all the usual facilities you would expect to find in a premier inn, large comfy double bed, tv, tea/coffee facilities. Rooms are pretty basic but that's to be expected from premier inn.
Never used the restaurant or costa as I arrived late in the evening and left early next day to make full use of the Concorde room at LHR.
The only thing I think might be useful would be clearer instructions on their website as to which bus to get. Went for the Hoppa at LHR only to find two premier inns listed on the bus stops one called T5 and one Bath Rd. this was confusing as the hotel is called terminal 5 and is on Bath rd lol. Waited over 30 mins for the bath rd bus only to be told it was the wrong one and would have to wait another 30 min, however the very nice Hoppa driver told me to take a red London bus no 423 I think it was which stopped right outside the hotel and was free as opposed to the £9 return fare on the Hoppa. Definitely recommend the no423. Bus stop is the first row as you exit the terminal (don't cross any rd) and you get off the bus at the second stop right outside the hotel.
Overall a good hotel and would definitely recommend this for anyone overnighting at LHR.
Never experienced any aircraft noise either as windows are triple glazed.
