We stayed here as part of an Omega weekend break and on reading some of the reviews was really worried about what we were going to find BUT it was brilliant one of the best rooms we have stayed in. Big bed, with whiter than white sheets, Lovley towels and the bathroom was spotless all the facilities u could ask for .
The buffet dinner and breakfast was also faultless, plenty to eat and good quality food. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Staff were also very helpful and pleasent!

As we had to catch an early flight rather than rise at 4:00am wvery polite and helpful. Wedecided it would be better to stay near the airport. From the moment we arrived until we left the following morning we found the staff to be very polite and helpful. The meal in the restaurant was good and not overly expensive for the area. The room was clean and more than adequate for a one night stay and as the hotel is next to the A4 and the airport extremely quiet, great glazing job. We decided to use their car facility rather than the shuttle to get to the airport and can't complain at a £10 flat fee for the convenience of it. We would have no hesitation in staying here again as all in all it was a positive experience.

The desk staff were very helpful and checked us in and out quickly. Room was fine and good size. Although I asked for a queen bed in the reservation, we had twin beds, but that was fine since one had firm pillows and one soft. They were marked. The room was quiet, no noise. The only ding I would give it was the food service. Nothing outstanding or exceptionally good. Since it's the only food venue around, the place was crowded and the wait staff were very slow. I also did not appreciate the automatic tip on the bill, especially since it was for the buffet charge and not for the meal that was served. Very strange. For this reason, we decided not to eat breakfast here. The other thing to note was that 3 of the desk staff told us a taxi would be cheaper than the Hoppa bus shuttle. It was not. The Hoppa was 4.50 pounds per person. The taxi was 5 pounds per person. Minor point but I knew they were wrong yet they insisted the taxi was would be cheaper. At least the taxi driver did help with the luggage which is a service not provided on the Hoppa. However, both Hoppa and taxi pick you up and drop you off at the same locations.

We were put up for the night here by our airline when our flight was changed. The room was large and the bed very comfortable. However, I have to admit to being shell-shocked at the cost of food and drink in the bar. We had arrived into Heathrow late and there was no where else to eat - I spent more on a glass of cider and a sandwich than I did on a four course meal and wine in Morocco!

This hotel was part of a London package for a weekend - it was a typical modern hotel buit for convenience not character - ok for just using as a base - our room clean and well presented - apart from a few stains on carpet - bathroom clean but needs a little TLC - too warm though and air con noisy - but room very quiet apart from that - food typical of this kind of hotel - but please get it warmer! staff helpful and for ours needs at the time this hotel was adequate but not outstanding

I will start out by saying that this hotel is very convenient to Heathrow, about a 5 minute drive. Room was clean, comfortable and fine enough for a one night stay. Getting there via the shuttle was another story. They claim the shuttle runs every 15 minutes until 11:30pm. Our flight was delayed and got in around 10:30pm. We waited by the shuttle for 30 minutes and it never came. We went over to the taxi stand and waited another 20 minutes (they were short on taxi's that night...all while watching the shuttle line and it still never came) and finally got a cab and were told it was going to be a 25 pound ride to the hotel (crazy for a 5 minutes ride!!) and we only had 20 pounds cash on us. Had to get out, go to the ATM, wait another 20 minutes in line for a cab and finally got to the hotel at 1am (kicker is that the ride only cost 18 pounds so we would have had enough the first time)...got 4 hours of sleep and had to be up for our early flight out again. Front desk was helpful and arranged a cab to be waiting for us in the morning. Didn't have time to eat breakfast there so can't rate the food.

Moral of the story: if you have a late flight don't trust the shuttle, what a frustrating experience!!!!
