Can't wait to do a return visit! An easy hotel to reach from the M4 and great to have free parking during our stay. The staff gave us a warm welcome and we're friendly and helpful. Felt like we were the only guests ( until we saw others at breakfast) as hotel was silent. Room was spotlessly clean and we wished we had such a comfy bed at home! Easy, flat 25 minute walk to the railway station as we chose not to take a bus, but could've caught the bus very close to the hotel if we'd wished. Overall a perfect place to stay with small children to visit London. We'll be back!

We chose this hotel due to its reasonable distance from Heathrow where we caught a flight home next day. Mia, a charming receptionist, checked us in and told us that the hotel has no elevator for guests, only a mini large enough for one 30" suitcase at a time! Our room was on first floor (2nd by US standards) reached by a long, steep stairway. Next morning rushing to catch our plane, there was no time to take our turn at the mini-elevator so my husband had to carry two suitcases each weighing 49-lb down the stairs to the car. Like the Premier Inn at Poole North where we stayed the previous night, this locale had no phones in the rooms. The Hayes PI is located in a very busy, noisy area and it was difficult to figure out how to get into the driveway. On the positive side, the rooms are clean and comfortable; we did not hear noise from the busy road outside. There is free parking. A bonus feature is the shopping mall across the road which has a few restaurants and a huge Sainsbury's supermarket. We had a tasty lunch in the latter's cafe and stopped in next morning en route to the airport to stock up on sandwiches for the journey home. We would not stay at this Premier Inn again.

Room Tip: If you have luggage, or any difficulty climbing long, steep stairs, request a guarantee of a room on...

I was really impressed with this hotel. The member of staff (Mina) who was on reception when I arrived was really helpful, informative and caring. I real change from what I had previously experienced in another hotel chain.

The rooms was as expected, a good and comfortable double bed, small flat screen TV, tea/coffee making facilities and 30 mins of free wifi if you wanted it. The bedroom and bathroom were clean.
I was given a room toward the back of the hotel (231). It was quiet and I slept well.

The hotel breakfast is served at the Harvester Inn next door. I didn't try this. I did however have a meal there in the evening. The meal was OK but the choice was not great and it was all what you might term as Pub Food. There are other options on the nearby Lombardy Retail park.

I stayed here as the price offered for the room was good. I found it easy to get around on the buses that stop right outside the hotel. The main route takes you down to Heathrow Central or up the Harrow Weald. Another takes you up to Ealing Broadway and beyond. The nearest station is Northolt or Hayes and Harlington.

I would definately stay here again.

Room Tip: The roads are busy - so any room facing away from the road.

Overall we did have a good stay, the bed were positioned awkwardly so the kids were facing directly towards the heat fan, which is very powerful and noisy, in the end had to switch it off altogether resulting in not getting optimum temperature, the good lady lost her brush so when in search for this i was mortified that there was used tissues under the bed with blood on absolute disgusting, in the end packed up and done a quick swift early morning exit.
