A great place to stay with easy access to central London and secure parking.
We were a family with young children who loved the apartment. Hayes train station is Nextdoor with regular trains taking 20 mins to Paddington.

Christina and Anastasia are superb!! The whole hotel is just fantastic and so amazing but these 2 went above and beyond
I booked in for myself, a friend and my daughter for the night before my wedding and we were shocked at how lovely the hotel was. Spacious, clean and modern. Id live there if i could. The second night was myself and new husband and still i was so excited because its just such an incredible place to stay. All the staff were so helpful and polite but Christina and Anastasia especially were fantastic. They couldnt have done anymore. I will definately be coming back even if its just a girly weekend away and will be recommending you to everyone i know!!

Great stay
Just back from a 5 night stay at Staycity Aparthotels London Heathrow with my partner and 2 teenagers. It was everything we hoped for. The staff were very helpful especially Manisha who looked after us at check in and check out. The only one gripe I had was if we went to breakfast at 9 all the pasteries in the continental breakfast were gone and not replaced. If breakfast is served until 10 everything should be available until then. In saying that we have still booked again to stay next March. See you then.

Very Pleased!
The service was excellent. We were there for 2 weeks. Chose it because of it's location to Heathrow airport. The staff were very friendly, and knowledgeable. They answered several questions via email before we arrived. The rooms were clean, and comfortable, and quiet. We took advantage of their fitness room and laundry facilities. Overall a wonderful stay.

Airport Travel
We stayed here for two nights with family before they flew out of Heathrow. Apartment was clean tidy, spacious and had most things you would need right down to the dishwasher tablet !
Beds comfortable, we had two doubles and pull out sofa for children they supplied a cot and high chair breakfast was lovely ; buffet freshly cooked only downfall was because fresh did mean a wait for a while between fresh supply however really good . Reception staff really helpful and friendly. Hotel situated alongside train track noisy with window open but you are in a good place for travel to airport and Central London can't have it all ! I would definitely recommend and use again.

Pleasantly surprised
When my husband bought us tickets to see Metallica at the O2, he got in quickly with a room nearby so we wouldn't have to run for the last train home. Hearing that it cost only £70 for the night, I had visions of some backpacker dive that we'd literally just sneak into, sleep, then leave. Granted, it does look basic from the outside, but we were lucky enough to be upgraded to a suite - double aspect, kitchenette with proper coffee machine. Super king size bed, bright white sheets and plenty of space! We were very chuffed!
The staff could not be more welcoming or helpful.
In June we stayed in the Ibis, Euston after seeing Stone Roses at Wembley. It cost £220 - this experience was much better: superb value for money!
