Lovely hotel, close to the airport, access to bus stop and public transport, lovely people, excellent service. The service and reception were always helpful. The concierge service was also very helpful.

Room Tip: Ground floor rooms are closest to restuarants and spa.

having stayed here previously I booked this hotel as a 'special' prior to a business trip to Sicily - travelling on this occasion with my wife ( normally use Holiday Inn) On our way out the new Oceanic Restaurant Service was terrible - we were eventually served food 45 mins after arrival. Staff promised a better provision on our return! After a seven and half hour trip arrived to check in at 2330 - this room a superior double with King bed booked direct with Radisson ( supposedly a better guarantee) On arrival at room found it was a double ( not good when 6'2" tall!) contacted reception to be told that it was one of the 'smaller king rooms '! Nonsense - but as per previous correspondents - lots of apologies and wine offered immediately - not having arrived at room some 30 mins later went to bed - only to be awoken ten minutes later by room service! Then again at 0800 when cleaners rang bell and walked straight into room whilst we were still in bed! Raised all of these issues on checking out - again - excuses that hotel fully booked so no room - despite using their dedicated booking service - offers galore of upgrades / free parking etc on next visit - but who wants to travel for eight hours wondering if the room you have booked will actually be there for you - so no confidence now in their promises. Given their 100% satisfaction guarantee I questioned their failure to deliver the service I actually paid for - no response to that as yet - have to say that colleagues who stayed over at HI had no problems - serves me right for trying to treat my wife to a 'special' stay.

Room Tip: Choosing a room is no guarantee that you will get it !!!

thank you very much for your review .

I am so sorry about the confusion regarding the room , and for the disturbance your encountered via room service and housekeeping .

Clearly we tried to make ammends on numerous occassions during your stay , but i do agree that weary travellers really just want things to be right first time , and we will be doingh all we can to ensure that this happenes in the future .

Fast and efficient reception service, impressive public areas and huge car park. Room was quiet even though only 200m from the runway - and there were two huge wedding parties the night I was there.

Bedroom was very small though and the TV didn't work. But it was clean and comfortable enough.

Had late lunch in the Oceanic Restaurant - wide ranging menu, generous portions and reasonable prices, though service was slow considering we (party of four) were the only ones there.

Booked a small meeting room - this was well laid out, had all the necessary facilities and was well serviced. The lady running the meeting rooms was well organised, happy and very efficient.

Overall, a good hotel for an overnight before a trip, for a meeting and for leaving a car whilst away.

Was very pleased with the stay. Great customer service from Robby in reception made me feel very welcomed.

The bar service downstairs had a great atmosphere.

I enjoyed breakfast and there was a tasty variety to choose from.

I have stayed here a few times now, on overnight stops when transitting through Heathrow.
The hotel is a haven of comfort in the bustle of the Heathrow area and the staff are welcoming and friendly.
The room rates are generally good for what is an expensive area and the rooms themselves are comfortable and well serviced.
A good hotel for the Heathrow traveller.

Stayed at this hotel on business for a couple of nights recently. Check in and check out process was quick with staff polite and helpful.

The rooms at the hotel are well equipped with everything you're likely to need for your stay. Housekeeping in general was good though didn't notice a turndown service. The hotel was quite busy but still nice and quiet.

As I was at a private event didn't sample any of the restaurants however the private catering was of pretty good quality and the staff in the restaurant were excellent. Notably on one occasion a waiter noted that some of the food items on offer were not suitable to my dietry requirements and kindly offered to organise something different.

The hotel has a well equipped gym however it results in the room being extremely crowded with machines almost on top of each other. Could definately do with a bigger space and the ending hours could also do with being extended or even 24hrs.

All in all a good place to stay which is well located for the airport and offers good facilities.

Myself and my wife booked this hotel to park our car and stay at prior to our holiday flying from heathrow airport.
We arrived early afternoon to be greeted by a doorman who unloaded our bags and opened doors for us which we did not expect and was very nice.
The check in was very good with staff very helpful and happy faces and we were offered an upgrade which we took for a reasonable extra.
I parked my car in the secure parking at the rear of the hotel and handed my keys to reception.
We went to our room which was large bright clean and very comfortable with extras we have only seen in 5 star hotels.
We had dinner at the restaurant which was very nice and a reasonable price.
We had a wonderful nights sleep in probably the best bed we have have ever slept in.
The next morning we checked out and was offered a private transfer to the airport which we declined as we already had booked the bus .
In summary a very nice friendly comfortable hotel which we would definitely use again
