This place is amazing & great value for money!! What a rare & awesome choice of cars....great condition & there is enough space to take full photos with nobody getting in your way! If your a car enthusiast....you'll love this place!

This place is easy to get to, the staff are friendly & welcoming, had free drink with ticket which was a bonus!

It was great to see the workshop of the custom made cars, I only wish we could sit in some of the cars and listen to the sound of the engines!!!

Altogether, a fantastic day out & would recommend to all! I'm sure we'll go back at some point!

I attended the London Motor Museum on Sunday 14 April. To say I was disappointed is a complete understatement!

The majority of cars there were old American things, the entrance price does not justify the quality and quantity of cars you have there, the "free drink" was a waste of time (after queuing for nearly 15 minutes and only 1 member of staff providing the drinks we gave up and went to a local shop) the toilets were a disgusting mess and the interactive workshop is a joke!!!

A refund would be nice!!

Thank you for your comments. It is most unfortunate you did not enjoy your visit. Being a custom car museum it is great place for car enthusiasts and non car lovers like yourself to see a different view of the normal perception. With over 200 vehicles on site we do believe the price does justify the entry fee. At times the cafe can get busy, on these occasions we have found the majority of customers are able to wait patiently for the five minutes it does take to be served. Our newly opened 'Supercar workshop' is the state of the art workshop servicing the likes of the worlds most renowned supercars hence the name. It is most unfortunate that you have been unable to appreciate and understand the quality of the service we provide.

We found the Motor Museum the perfect place to go on a rainy day in the school holidays! There are so many cars to look at, some familiar, some not so. The Groupon deal was certainly worth it and I agree with the other reviewers who suggest you wrap up warm as it is a cold building!

Like many others, we used Groupon vouchers which were good value but certainly the undiscounted £75 family ticket would have been too much. There were 2 families of us. Parking is very restricted and onroad parking is very limited. That is something which is difficult to change. The range of cars available to view was excellent and both adults and children in our group really enjoyed the visit. What could probably help improve the experience a lot would be: 1) label all cars - some labels were missing; 2) it was a very cold day when we arrived and we all needed hot drinks quickly - the service was very slow here and needed more staff behind the counter. Queued twice for at least 20 minutes a time which is too long; 3) Our children were queuing up and were bypassed for adults behind them on several occasions - we were not happy about this; 4) One or 2 members of staff around the cars to ask for more information would have been helpful. The majority of these could be resolved with just a bit more attention to service which would improve the overall experience a lot. The basics are there but just needs a bit of fine-tuning.

Took my other half here on his birthday and based on a few dodgy reviews I was a bit dubious but it was absolutely incredible. LOADS to see, my hubby was like a 5 year old on Xmas morning and to my biggest surprise I thoroughly enjoyed it too. The guy on reception/coffee shop really knows his stuff and was happy to chat with us. He made a brilliant coffee, too! Well worth a visit, we will definitely be going back.
Parking is easy, it's a residential area and there are spaces everywhere. It was freezing inside the building so take a coat and gloves but the coffee will warm you up at the end. Seen tickets on Groupon recently but we paid full price and would be happy to do so again! Loved it!
