Was over from Germany for a short break and was really made to feel at home. Very friendly, clean rooms, excellent breakfast and always very helpful. Will definitely be staying here again and have passed this website on to my friends, with Southport being the ideal place to stay and discover the North West, so this is the ideal base. A big THANKS from Germany. Best wishes Francis

I stayed over with eleven golfing friends this weekend just gone. We were made to feel entirely at home and all our needs were met with kindness. This small family hotel has it all, newly decorated and re-carpeted, a friendly family as hosts and a brilliant location just 50 yards from the sea front. The humungous breakfasts were ideal for twelve hungry lads. Car parking is always an issue EXCEPT HERE. Dave, the patron, gave five of us permits to park right outside....perfect.
I never stay in B&B's but this visit has very much changed my view. Well done to Dave, Adele and family for creating such a nice place. Well done. Bill Jenkins.

Excellent service as per usual from this gem of a place. this is our 4th visit and they were able to accomodate our ever changing dates of stay due to family crisis. they were understanding and managed it well. As per usual great breakfasts that keep you going all day. they only use quality ingrediants that make them the best around! will be staying again in October.

Wanted a relaxing trip away, and this was the perfect place! David and Adele make perfect friendly hosts, breakfast was great lasted all day. Room was nice, clean and cosy, with everything you would expect for the price. Will definitely stay again and definitely recommend for those travelling on a budget who need comfortable cosy accommodation. Bang on value for money, exactly what it says on the tin!

We have just spent three smashing nights at The Garden Court with friends. David and Adele made us very welcome and we felt very at home straight away. We had a room facing our friends, which made our get togethers even easier. We had the larger room on the front of the house - lovely big bed and also some bunk beds (useful if you bring your kids). Nice quiet street facing the Conference Centre.
Lovely breakfast every morning, with cereals, fruit juice, tea, toast and FULL ENGLISH. Set us up for the day! Our friends were visiting for leisure, whereas we were there to work at the nearby Woodvale air show - not too far to drive each morning.
We went out for meals each evening - lots to choose from in the near area.
Lord Street and Bold Street are both very handy - lots of shopping opportunities!
On street parking was easy, with the permit supplied by David - essential as the Wardens pass by very regularly.
All in all we had a fantastic three days and have already booked the same rooms for the same w/e next year.
