Lovely location, lovely layout, really cosy and quaint. Was a poor reflection on the place as they were really busy on a Saturday lunch and massively understaffed. But still, expect better. Slow service, poor food. Dipping bread took 15 minutes, mains a further 40 minutes, waited 20 minutes to order desserts and another 20 for the bill. Was in no rush as we were on the way back to the Midlands after a 4 day break in Tenby. But no apologies or even clue as to what seemed to be going on. Even overheard the waitress slagging off the management because of not helping out and being lazy.
