We stayed here from Wednesday to Sunday and couldn't fault the place really.
We came by train and it's about a ten minute walk from the train station. There didn't seem to be much parking outside the B&B but there was a car park about a 2 minute walk up the road. I'm unsure of the parking costs, as we obviously didn't use it.
Osnok is located about a minute walk from South Beach/the seafront and about a 5 minute walk from the town centre. It's on a lovely quiet street so no noise disturbance.

Good points:
Convenient location
Friendly landlady
Clean, comfortable room
Excellent breakfast
Free WiFi
Quiet (only 4 rooms)

Our room was cleaned whilst we had breakfast. There is quite a small window for breakfast (8.30-9am) but that was perfect for us.
The breakfast consisted of a choice of cereals, fruits (strawberries, prunes, grapes, etc), yogurts, orange juice, a full cooked breakfast, toast and tea/coffee.
There was a slight variation to the cooked breakfast each morning, which was a nice touch.

A few niggles:
The room wasn't the biggest (we stayed in room 3), although the bathroom was a comfortable size.
We paid £70 a night, which is the same price we paid previously when visiting other B&Bs in Weymouth and Llandudno and the rooms there were of a considerably larger size. We also recently stayed in Cardiff and had a slightly bigger room there for £40 per night (although no breakfast included).
That said, I haven't stayed in Tenby previously so understand this may be the norm. When checking other accommodation, this seemed to be the standard price.
The shower was very hit and miss (water pressure) and was either boiling hot or freezing cold.
We were told when checking in that the Wi-Fi wasn't working; not ideal in Tenby where there is hardly any mobile network connection, let alone internet connection! This was fixed by our second day, however.

All in all, I had a lovely time here and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Stayed here for two nights. Every thing about the place was spot on. Room and ensuite were very spacious, exceptional for a small guest house. All equipment wad upto date. The room was spotlessly clean. Lots of nice little touches e.g. Two small wine glasses(not plastic), for the use of.
The breakfast was of a high standard and perfectly cooked.
Nothing was to much trouble for the owner, Connie. All done with a smile.
All perfectly situated for the town or the beach.

Room Tip: Very quiet hotel , only four rooms.

The Osnok is ideally situated midway between the steps leading down to the South Beach and the main Five Arches entrance to the walled town of Tenby. Where you will find all the best bars & restaurants. The rooms are spotlessly clean & warm, with a wonderful soft comfortable bed. Breakfast is beautifully prepared, hot & very tasty, with more tea & toast provided if requested. Connie the proprietor is very friendly & nothing is too much trouble for her.
We love Tenby & stayed in many other B & B's & hotels before we discovered the Osnok, which we liked so much that we have been staying there a couple of times a year for almost 20 years. We would thoroughly recommend the Osnok for anybody looking to stay in Tenby. As we're sure it would enhance your enjoyment/experience of the town.

Greeted by a very friendly lady when we arrived. We were given a key to a neat, clean room with everything you would need. This room had a very comfortable bed and nice warm bedding and a great shower.

Breakfast was fruit, cereal then a good size cooked breakfast. There was also plenty of toast and coffee.

We would definatly like to stay at the Osnok again.
