The hotel is in a good location on the seafront and a few minutes from town centre. Parking is difficult however and if you are lucky enough to find a space then you really don't want to move your car! Otherwise you end up in pay and display car park £7 for 24 hours - not too bad for a couple of nights but this can add up.
The room was comfortable with large bed and would have been great views if the windows were clean, the funiture was dated but that was ok . The hot water was dangerously hot and difficult to control, there was a sticker alerting to hot water but this needs fixing urgently as made showering unpleasant and the sink tap spat water out when turned on. The bathroom window did not shut we had to jam something against the blind to stop it rattling in the wind.
The lift was scary, I only used it once as thought the doors were never going to open!
Breakfast is buffet so plenty there, full English etc
Entertainment at night if you like that sort of thing.
Bar area is ok reasonable price drinks.
Would have liked to rate higher but the issues in the room spoilt it. I would not stay there again.
