“Saved our skin on rainy day!”

£10 for an hour was well worth it in the rain. Spotless. Free drink for adult entry. Friendly staff. Kids (7 and 9) LOVED the slides

Glad we could be of service during the rain, although you may like to visit us in the sunshine one day when we are a lot quieter and you get more of a free run of the centre!

“Great for the kids while the adults have a drink”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 21, 2012

This is great for the kids, it's an indoor playarea for the children and the adults are able to assist, great if your child is a bit timid.

The adults get a drinks voucher when you go in, so you can have a free tea or coffee or you can upgrade to a luxury hot chocolate etc. They do snacks here such as cakes chocolate bars, sweets etc. I think they do hot food too but when we went they weren't.

Great for the kids especially if its raining.

Many thanks for taking the time to review. Yes we do normally serve hot food but on a wet days in the main summer holiday's we always try to keep the centre running as smooth as possible and as clean as possible so we can't do main meals then. Give us a try for a meal when you're next back! 5 star food hygiene :-)

“Great business - Why no WI-FI ??”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 18, 2012

This was a great place for an hour here and there, and our children (6 and 8) really enjoyed the opportunity to burn up some energy whilst the weather was bad outside.
The latte was as bad as any coffee that I have ever drank and would be best avoided.
It would have been great to have accessed the Internet whilst there, but I could not get an Orange phone signal, no 3G and the Ocean Commotion Wi-Fi service is not for customers use!!!

Thanks for taking the time to review, and I'm glad your children enjoyed themselves. Unfortunately the wi-fi signal is quite weak and can not be obtained in all areas in particular the cafe area so as such we are reluctant to make it available. Apologies for the coffee, no one has complained previously so if it is like it next time please say.

“Good fun.”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 17, 2012

This indoor play area is situated in the heart of Tenby so after a visit to the beach we ventured here. The kids were delighted of course but the play area proved a little too difficult for them-the gaps were quite wide and so they ended up being a little frustrated (they are 4 and 2). The staff were very friendly and told us that we could join the kids if we so wished. Obviously this wasn't out intention but given the difficulties they were having we didn't have a choice!! The children did have fun here but for us an hour was enough. Adults are charged £1 to enter also but this included tea or coffee-didn't really get time to enjoy it given that we were so involved. The lay out and activities here were great and there was a play area with toys also but the only downside for me was that it just wasn't manageable for my pair. If your children are older or more agile it is worth a visit.

Many thanks for taking the time to respond. Hopefully next time your children will be able to enjoy it more by themselves. Little tip for next time- take some of the building blocks and the kids can use them as steps. Hopefully you'll enjoy your hot drink next time!!
