A warm welcome and room ready early as promised for us to spruce up and change for a funeral. Comfortable bed and lovely having free wiFi. Breakfasts were excellent. 5 minutes walk to North Beach so no Car Parking costs. Will definately stay here again on our next visit.

I have just returned from a weekend at the hotel . we are 8 ,40 somethings celebrating a friends big birthday. We had a fantastic welcome from the owners Donna &Russell who showed us to our very comfortable rooms with ensuite bathrooms. Tenby town is a short stroll away and The stunning beaches are very close. We had a fabulous stay the beds were really nice and the breakfast is lovely, choice of eggs perfectly cooked as part of a full Pembrokeshire feast. Tenby town has lots of lovely pubs and a great atmosphere , we will definitely return.

The room was very nice with a sea view, however it was very pricey for the quality. The shower door was difficult to open and close as was the bathroom door, the towels were no changed when the room was serviced and as there was no heating they were still damp the next morning. There were 3 plastic glasses in the room, we used 2 on the first night and when we came to go to bed the second night we found our used ones had been removed and not replaced. I have had much better service an accommodation at half the price. We will not return. The breakfast was excellent.

I was very surprised with your review as you had given very positive feed back about our hotel, if new towels are requested you only need to ask or put them on the bathroom floor in the morning, other wise we do not change them for a two night stay, there were more disposable cups in the cupboard if you had looked, heating is not on as it is too hot as its July, if requested a electric fire is provided, as for over priced we are very competitive for this time of year in this area. Thank you for your review I would have preferred a personal feedback as we are attempting to make our guest stay as pleasant as possible.

our family has just come back from a delightful restful break at this gem of a guest house ,we could not believe the size of the cottage court hotel.my wife with her job stays at a lot of guest houses/hotels all over the country and has rated this guest house as one of the best if not the best.we were met by donna and her husband Russell and shown around the hotel and to our room which we found very well decorated and facing the sea with a lovely view of caldy island where monks still live and work, our room was very spacious with 2 double beds and a single bed a flat screen tv with freeview up on the wall which made it so easy to watch telly in bed ,we had an en suite bath with overhead shower and heated towel rail but it was also very spacious ,we also had a double wardrobe with plenty of hangers in and a chest of drawers so plenty of clothes space ,room temperature was perfect not too hot or cold even with the window open, but what I did like was with the tea and coffee making facilities there was plenty of the little milks as I always find they never give you enough but no complaints here.we went down to the tv lounge and noticed a dvd rack with a mixture for everyone and a tv to watch them on which also had a games machine for the kids a great idea I thought as my kids sat down to watch a dvd ,which is where I met donna and russells daughter laura who worked there and she told us of some local pubs which we could take the kids to .there was a lovely decorated dining area with plenty of room between tables with which breakfast was served which I have to say was well cooked and tasty ,a great selection of cereals and fruit juices and plentiful pots of teas and coffees not one thing to complain of how will my wife cope I thought .we were pointed to north beach and town centre and told its about a 10 minute walk ,one straight road and and we were there and what a superb beach a stunning sandy child friendly beach which wouldn't go amiss in the carribean its that nice with the weather so nice we sat down while the kids went and played on the beach, just so peaceful and relaxing ,a few minutes more and we were in tenby town. so all in all just a perfect place to stay and highly reccomended.

Room Tip: we had family room 11,and it was perfect as I am disabled and it was just so comfy for me to rest an...

Hello Readers. We spent 3 nights in this hotel from 25th to 28th. The owners: Donna, Russell and Laura were very friendly approachable people who loved a bit of banter. My missus and i booked this place so we could be near to the beach which was about a 10 minute walk away. If you don't fancy walking a taxi ride wouldn't be more than £3. We never used one mind.

We stayed in Rm 7 overlooking the rear car park. The hotel has 12 rooms. There are also spaces at the hotel for about 12 cars.

We had only 1 hiccup about the place which was the poor freeview tv signal in the room and the intermittent wireless. On rainy days you may wish to stay in and use those facilities but may be disappointed if they don't respond. Donna and Russell were aware of this and are still in the process of trying to rectify it. So in the mean time adults should pack a few magazines as a precaution. For children there is a dvd player and xbox in the hotel lounge with a selection of games and movies to keep them occupied.

BREAKFAST. Well what can i say. There are 12 tables each with your room number so you sit there. Your order is placed then brought to you looking immaculate on the plate. You may aswell take a photo instead of eating it cause it is so perfectly presented. Not only that it tastes as good as it looks. There were also enough cereals and other bits to start off the day. We looked forward to it every morning.

All in all its a very nice place to stay and family friendly.

Room Tip: We didn't actually see in any of the other rooms so couldn't compare. OUr room was fine. B...
