Managed to visit this pub 4 times in a 2 night stay in Tenby so they must be doing something right. As the weather was pretty awful we would glad of the 2 log ires. beet and wine were excellent. The only disappointment was when I had surf and turf. Although the 3 tiger prawns were huge and tasty the steak was unfortunately rather chewy and I had to leave a third of it. My wife's prawn curry was however excellent

Visited here for lunch with friends over the Easter period and thoroughly enjoyed it. Had a great lunch very nicely cooked and large portions. Very varied menu and was spoilt for choice. Good selection of real ales. Good atmosphere in the bar with a selection of locals and tourists. Can't wait for a return visit.

We ate here with friends over Easter and all had a nice meal, it wouldn't have won awards but there was nothing wrong with the food, the lager (Estrella) was amazing which after all is the main reason i go to a pub. Friendly staff, decent food = result happy people!!

Ate here on Maundy Thursday evening. Already pretty busy but managed to get the last table in the bar. There is a separate dining area, but I didn't fancy it. The main pub has a great atmosphere with a mixture of locals and tourists

There are a good range of beers on handpump which are kept well. The menu is typical of a pub, with curries (very hot according to the chap on the next table!), meat, pies and fish with a specials card.

I had cod on spring onion mash and my partner Chicken and Leek pie. Well, it arrived within a reasonable period and goodness, it was fantastic. Both dishes were far, far above the quality one would expect in a pub. We have had salad lunches before and they were well above expectations too.

We were determined to eat there again, but as it was Easter, we just couldn't get in again, A real shame.
