We recently got back from a four-day break in Tenby where we stayed at St. Lawerence. From the moment we arrived to the time we left we were very well looked-after by the hosts Yvonne & Russell. We were shown to our room which was very nicely decorated (perhaps a little small but that is a minor criticism) with a lovely view across the fields and towards Caldey Island. Breakfast was delicious with freshly made bread with mainly home-grown produce and it always made for a great start to the day. Throughout the stay, we were made to feel very welcome and did not want to leave. We would highly recommend this guesthouse to anyone who is thinking of having a holiday in this region.

My Husband and I have just returned from a three night stay at the St Lawrence. We both really enjoyed our stay and would like to recommend but with the proviso that new people have taken over from Russell and Yvonne as from 7th June. We met the new couple Phil and Pippa and they seem to want to run the guest house to the same high standard as Russell and Yvonne. The breakfasts were really scrummy and very filling so you were set up for the day and as we like to walk and in fact did do a lot of walking we did not need to stop for lunch!!!! Yvonne makes her own jam and we really enjoyed the plum one. We stayed in Chamuel room 6 and the views were superb and the room itself was just perfect. We had never been to Tenby before but I am sure we will return one day and will hopefully stay at the St Lawrence!!! Thank you Russell and Yvonne for making our first visit to Tenby very enjoyable and memorable and good luck to both of you what ever you do in the future!!!!

Just got back from a 3-night break at this wonderful guest house. Yvonne & Russell ensure your stay is enjoyable to the finest detail. Fantastic food and facilities, superb scenic views. Particularly grateful for the help they gave in arranging visit to dentist.
We'll certainly be returning in the future.

This was our second visit to St. Lawrence and we were not disappointed. We had enjoyed our short stay so much last October, for a friends wedding, we promised ourselves we would return. This time we were accompanied by my elderly parents and we had an exceptional welcome from Yvonne and Russell. They had prepared afternoon tea and biscuits and lit the log burner in the lounge! Our hosts could not do enough to make our stay special, our breakfasts were superb and lasted us all day. The rooms were so clean and comfortable with wonderful views of Caldey Island and surrounding countryside. If you are looking to stay somewhere extremely special with excellent hosts this is certainly the place to choose.

We had the warmest welcome you could possibly wish for from Yvonne and Russell. This is a fabulous guest house in the most beautiful setting with amazing views. We had a beautiful bedroom with fantastic sea and countryside views. Even binoculars in our bedroom and on our breakfast table to take in all the scenery. Lovely welsh breakfasts with home grown ingredients, including homemade bread from Russell and homemade jams from Yvonne- heavenly! I was also given a birthday card and chocolates, and both of us were treated like old friends. We have stayed in lots of lovely guesthouses and Boutique B and B`s, but this is most definitely the best!!

We arrived in torrential rain but the welcome was so warm we forgot about the weather! Our room was so comfortable and had beautiful views into the garden and even to Caldey Island. We slept really well in the very comfy bed. It's a beautiful peaceful setting and very close to Tenby. Yvonne and Russell make sure you have everything you might need and will even suggest where to eat in the evenings and places of interest to visit! We recommend this guest house if you want a peaceful and very comfy break away from it all. By the way the breakfasts are first class. Well done for getting everything just right every time!!

Room Tip: Room 6 has superb views over the countryside

An exceptional guest house with great rural location but so close to Tenby. Lovely Welsh breakfasts with all needs catered for and includes some home grown ingredients. Yvonne and Russell provide a relaxed comfortable environment and go out of their way to ensure your needs are met. They help with suggestions of places of interest to visit that suit your interests. One of the best guest houses we have ever stayed at.
