Me and my partner stayed for one night last weekend and had room 5, from the minute we walked in you could see how clean it was and Steve was so friendly. There's quite a few stairs to climb and although this wasnt an issue for us it could be for others, the breakfast was amazing and catered for all needs and there was plenty of it, we had such a lovely visit and will be back for sure.

I loved it. The rooms were lovely and clean the bathroom was very big the breakfast was lovely and the host Simon was delightful very helpful. We loved it so much we've already booked again. It was a 5 min walk into town and the carp ark next to the beach was only £8 to park for the weekend and it's really close to the hotel.

My husband and I recently stayed for two nights in room 5, on the top floor of this scrupulously clean, well run, recently refurbished, friendly hotel. We particularly loved the beautiful views of South Beach (beyond the nearby public car park) and definitely plan to return. Our room, on the 2nd floor, would be difficult to access if stairs are a problem, but thankfully they are not for us. Other rooms, with a similar view, are available on lower floors and the car park rates are very reasonable. The hearty breakfast, prepared by our friendly host Simon, was delicious and set us up well for each day! All the beaches and the town centre were within easy walking distance. We had a wonderful, relaxing stay and nothing too much trouble for our host. Thank you Simon - we hope to return again soon. Joan & Gerry Walsh

Room Tip: Front rooms on higher floors have wonderful views (but there is no lift).

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights and we were over the moon with our room it was clean and comfortable it had a small fridge which was a brilliant touch, large flatscreen tv (situated in the wrong place but that's just my opinion) and hairdryer the bathroom was beautiful and large all done to a very high standard, the only fault really was we didn't find the bed very comfortable but hey you can't please everyone. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of choice and Simon was the perfect host very helpful and willing to help with anything. The situation for the hotel is ideal as it right next to a public car park which if you speak to the attendants you can get good rates, it is also a 2min walk to beach and 5min walk to town. We will be going back and recommending it to friends and family

My wife and I stayed for one night. We had a double room recently refurbished with fridge and the room was clean. The stairs is narrow and may be difficult for some people. Breakfast was fine. As stated by others the beach is close. Approx 300 Mtrs. Public car park is close to the hotel. Parking otherwise can be difficult in the area. We would stay again.

Room Tip: If walking is difficult ask for a room with lower numbers 1,2 etc.... to avoid the stairs to the top...
