This a perfect location, only a few minutes from tenby, st Florence is a quaint little village. The properties are surrounded by fields, and is very secure for small children. The pools were good. Unfortunatly the cleanliness and the fact the property is so out dated let this down. We stayed in the largest of the properties, sleeps 16. There are some windows that dont shut properly, there was loads of cobwebs and you could run your finger thru the dust. The kitchen and bathrooms (upstairs) are modern and clean, but the rest of the house needs total redecoration and modernisation. I was very disappointed with the property considering the price we paid for it!!!

I was very disappointed with the accommodation at East Tarr Farmhouse. Parts of it were very depressing and scruffy, particularly the hall and landing and the large dining room which were extremely dingy with peeling paper and didn’t seem to have been decorated for years. I felt that this detracted from our enjoyment of our family reunion. There was also insufficient cleaning equipment, e.g. no mop and a dustpan but no brush. We only discovered relevant information about shops, local attractions etc in a drawer just before we were about to leave. I was also annoyed that I had to pay for light and heating separately to the owner, although I should have read the small print in the brochure. I fel that it should have been included in the price.

As regards the swimming pool we were lucky that no one else wanted to use it, but it is not made clear in the brochure that it is shared with other holiday houses. If other families had wanted to use it at the same time it would have been quite a squash.
