My family and I stayed here in August 2012 for my 14th birthday. The facilities were great with a family pool-side lounging area, although the water was freezing! The town is a decent walk away but an average taxi from the hotel to the beach is only £3! The parking was outside the entrance and the view was amazing (as shown in the photo). I found the beds rather comfortable as my younger sister and I swapped beds throughout our 2 night stay. At breakfast, the staff couldn't do enough for us and service was prompt! The toast was cold but appart from that it was an enjoyable meal. A small but nice gesture was the name cards on the table which we have kept as a souvenir! Overall it was a great trip and would definatley visit again soon.

Parked outside entrance, views across harbour and North Beach were lovely. Beds were comfortable, everything clean, staff knowledgeable and helpful. Evening meals and breakfast were served to you promptly, food hot and fresh. Good choice of menu. Excellent value for money

Room Tip: We had a sea view room on 3rd floor - well worth it for the views across the harbour. Lift available...

Booking on the phone was easy. We booked a double room with a sea view for four nights. Windows were dirty on arrival, but 2 days after reporting they were cleaned resulting in a much better view, giving a good view of the harbour and north beach. Beds were okay. We were charged £10 per night for a cot for our toddler. Parking was plentiful until the last day when we were leaving. The breakfast was of good quality and staff were courteous.
Having stayed in several European capitals and high quality hotels, the daily price was quite high especially for a room with basic toiletries and no minibar. We were also never charged in European hotels for a cot for a toddler. Overall, the main attraction was the sea views from the room and the gardens which also had some outdoor seating under trees with excellent views across the bay - a good spot for an afternoon beer. Unfortunately, we only had two sunny days out of the four we spent in Tenby, both of which we spent away from the hotel.

Room Tip: Ask for seaview room on the 2nd floor or above

Just spent three nights at this hotel. It is a well run, spotlessly clean place, convenient for the town. Staff here are genuinely friendly and helpful and all seem enjoy their work. We particularly enjoyed the breakfasts which are served at your table - no need to serve yourself, just make your selection from the extensive menu and sit back and enjoy.
Good car parking at the front and side and if you can't be bothered to walk into town a taxi is great value at £3.
We found our room and bathroom to be on the small side and the floorboards in the room above ours creaked when the occupants moved around, keeping us awake. Other than this we found the Park Hotel a pleasant place to stay.

We stayed at the Park Hotel in August for 2 nights with my Son & 2 young grand-daughters from New Zealand. What a welcome we had from such friendly staff. We booked 1 family & 1 twin room which were both really spacious. Our twin room had double & single bed & such fantastic views. Quality & variety of food at breakfast and service from the staff was 'second to none'. We were treated like royalty and the staff had so much patience with my young grand-daughters. A 10-15 mins walk from Tenby town centre - but what a beautiful relaxing hotel to go back to following a hectic day with the grand-kids. They just loved the swimming pool & 'secret' path down to the beach.
Thank You for such a wonderful 3 days - definately recommended.

Excellent location. Many rooms having beautiful views over the harbour at Tenby and the North beach. Beautiful landscaped gardens to enjoy morning coffee or afternoon tea as well as pre dinner drinks. The staff at the Park Hotel really do look after your needs hence the title, "Pampered at the Park". The Hotel has direct access onto the North beach but only for those who can manage the steep descent. For those who can't, there are seating areas to enjoy the fantastic views. The dining room doesn't disappoint either with candle lit tables for the evening meal. The food is tasty and well presented but not adventurous (this probably suits the many older people who seem to regularly visit this Hotel). The Hotel owner (Roger) always does his utmost to meet his guests during the evening meal and is seen circulating the tables, chatting informally. That little touch and the welcome name cards on each table gives a feeling of welcome. The only disappointment for my sister, my mum and myself is that there doesn't seem to be any organised entertainment in the evenings (at least not on the weekends that we have visited). I think this would definitely give the older generation (my mum included) a more memorable evening. After the evening meal we have a drink at the bar and head for bed! How much nicer to have a singer or a band to entertain and invoke a holiday atmosphere. After all not everyone wants the nightlife of Tenby! Most of the guests would be happy with a singer and to join in with a sing a long. This together with all the other positives already mentioned really would make a stay at the Park a memorable one.

Room Tip: A room with a view over Tenby Harbour, the North beach and the beautiful coloured houses.
