The Terrace is a fantastic place to eat with brilliant staff, delicious food and a great wine list. We were a little put off by the colourful menu which gave a slightly tacky first impression, look through this and you'll be pleasantly surprised.
The young team of waiting staff are supported by an easy going and very hospitable manager/owner which helps contribute towards the relaxed atmosphere. I can honestly say they are the first team that have truly earned their tip in a long time.
The food on the whole was delicious, the cheese fondue (easily the best dish we had) overcompensated the slightly disappointing meatballs (they tasted a little like they were from a tin). The menu is fairly varied with something to suit everyone's taste, it is is also very reasonably priced with our bill (far less than it would have cost for an inferior meal in a tapas chain).
Overall an enjoyable night of good food, wine and friendly staff.

This is a really nice retaurant. The general atmosphere was very good, the staff were all friendly and efficiant, the food was very nice and arrived in a reasonable amount of time. You need to book the outside seating area but inside was very nice.

Ate here last night on the advise of our B and B proprietor and had 7 dishes and a large jug of sangria between 2 and it was £42.

Food was fantastic and the atmosphere was great and we definitely recommend it.

Staff were helpful and friendly and the service was generally very good.

I go to the tapas every birthday and throughout the year.... All different occasions. Mark and Kelly are fab and the staff are brilliant... When I bring my 3year old in they really look after him we never have to wait for his drinks or food... And even without him they are spot on. The food is yummy the service is fab and the atmosphere is great... Cannot wait for my birthday :-)

We stumbled across this place while traipsing around the streets on Ilfracombe the Friday night of bank holiday, having just arrived in town. Really pleased we came across it. We opted for the £17 set menu and all courses were delicious and there was plenty of food for us. The staff were friendly and the owner went out of his way to cater for people's needs. Would definitely recommend!
