Well what can i say. We went for a four day break, weather was awful going down there but once we arrived the sun came out and we had a fabulous time. Th ebreakfast was to die for. Richard and Annette are the perfect hosts nothing was to much for them. Felt really relaxed and at home will definatley be going back. An excellent b&b. The restaurants in Ilfracome were amazing alos especially the Quay cannot recommend it to highly

Only stayed here one night (2nd floor - room number 9), but it was great. The room was very clean and well maintained. Hosts were very nice and helpful. Parking right out front. Breakfast the next morning was excellent...good variety to choose from, including cooked breakfast which you choose the night before. My room had two chairs and a table besides everything else so if you decide to stay here, ask for room number 9. It faces the street, but there is very little traffic, especially after 8 p.m.

Room Tip: Ask for room number 9 if a double bed is required. Some rooms have sitting areas like room number 9 does, but they also have twin bed rooms if that is what you require.

The hotel was great, really clean room although a little bit small, but we never saw the others. The breakfast was outstanding and so were the hosts. Definitely recommended.

An excellent guest house, very friendly owners who recommended a good local pub and restaurant. Comfortable room with some nice touches like fresh milk. Excellent breakfast. Would stay again if we ever returned to Ilfracombe.

From the moment we arrived at Sea Breeze House, to a very warm welcome, nothing was too much trouble for the friendly proprietors, Richard and Annette. Their attention to detail is second to none, from the excellent breakfast to the provision of fresh milk in the room, instead of the mini plastic pots one usually finds in most establishments. Although we didn't personally partake, they provide cooked meals on Friday and Saturday evenings out of season, when many local eateries are closed, but are also very helpful in recommending places to eat in the area. Another nice touch is the mini fridge in the room with various drinks and chocolate bars and the complimentary bottled water in the room. And talking of rooms, the bedrooms we had (one double and one twin) were lovely, warm and comfortable. All in all, a real gem of a find.
