This is a fantastic townhouse, perfect for a mixed group, we had 3 generations with us & a dog. The house was spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped. The welcome pack was a lovely touch thank you and even fresh flowers in the kitchen which gave a very homely feel. Ample parking outside the house with no restrictions, we had 4 cars with us. Walk into Ilfracombe only about 10-15 mins but hilly on the way back, no problem for us though. We were there for wedding at the Tunnels Beach, 3 min drive or 9 min walk. So all in all an excellent week and would highly recommend this property. Thanks
Over the years I have stayed in lots of houses, having taken breaks in the UK for the last 25 years. This house is the the best I have ever stayed in. It is decorated tastefully and to a high standard with lovely furniture and all the mod cons you could ever require. It was lovely and cosy for our Autumn stay, the kitchen is very well equipt perfect if you decide to do any family cooking. Or just catering for breakfast for a large group. We love Ifracombe which is having a real revival over the last 4 or 5 years. Damien Hurst's - Verity in the Harbour is beautiful. The only disappointment for us is that oddly many of the higher end restaurants and lovely gift shops were shut. There is lots of lovely walking to be done (a lot of Ifracombe and surrounding area is very hilly) and plenty of cake shops in Ifracombe, we have a fabulous break.Thank you.

We have stayed in many rental properties in the UK over the years, however Primrose House was by far the best one we have stayed in.
The facilities and condition of the property were excellent and we could highly recommend.

My family (children, husband, grandparents) and I stayed here for a week in mid-August. The house is spacious, well equipped and well located for shops and the seafront. Very comfortable - highly recommended!
This house is amazing, it is fully equipped with everything you need and the appliances are all very good including the iron. The kitchen is great for a large family, and it is where we spent a lot of time chatting and laughing. The bathrooms are fantastic with very good showers and lots of space.
Ilfracombe is a lovely place albeit a little hilly but OK for us . Just a 5 min walk to the supermarket but we ate out most days. The people of Ilfracombe and the neighbours were very friendly and helpful. The restaurants are all lovely but try to book at a weekend. Weatherspoons is cheap and cheerful but does get busy.
We had an active holiday with kayaking, coasteering and body surfing in Woolacombe. We had a fantastic time and would definitely visit again.
Caroline the owner is very professional , and left lovely flowers and essential supplies on our arrival. Thanks Caroline, it was very much appreciated.
WIFI was also very good. There is nothing more you would want from a holiday rental.
Hope to visit again soon.
Tracey

Have just returned from a week's stay at this exceptional holiday rental. Visited with my husband, two daughters, son-in-law and two grandchildren.
The house was spread over three floors with three double bedrooms, a single room and a room with bunk beds. There were two bathrooms containing baths and rainforest showers.
The loungle was a good size and very comfortable. Wi-fi was available. The kitchen was well appointed with all appliances including dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave.
What set this rental apart from the rest was the provision of all household items you could possibly need. There was also a welcome booklet with lots of local information and a "how to use" booklet for all the appliances. Fresh flowers had been placed in the kitchen together with a starter pack of milk and bread.
A lot of thought has gone into this holiday rental and we as a family would not hesitate to return. It actually felt like a home from home. For anyone looking to stay in Ilfracombe this is the place to rent.
