The homemade cakes are superb and the setting next to the mill provides a lovely backdrop. The tea room also has a lot of interesting items for sale. It is a pleasure to visit.

An excellent Tea House and mill where you are made to feel very welcome. Very accomodating of dogs. Lovelly freshly made scones and plenty of tea, and some challenging brain teasers, my favourite was the 13 nails. If your planning a holiday in this neck of the woods then don't miss this place

We had heard good things of this small tea room and it was wonderful. The scones were fresh and so tasty-it must be the home ground flour .We sheltered inside from the rain with our dog and were made so welcome we did not mind about the rather long wait as they were short of helpers that day. I also bought a reminder of my holiday from the tasteful gifts on display, a candle with hand painted glass of beach huts and a boat.

Under no circumstances miss this place, cancel other places. ITs small so expect so it could get busy. Fantastic scones, cooked as we waited, the clotted cream was brill. the cakes are out of this world. Service is superb, friendly, helpful and had a long chat with the owner. No idea what the mill is like as we got side tracked by the tea room!

You must visit.
