Description: The Harbour Lights is a Guest House and licensed restaurant situated in the heart of Ilfracombe's Heritage Harbour on the spectacular North Devon Coast. The Harbour Lights is ideal for visitors seeking affordable North Devon B&B or Half-Board accommodation. Built in 1895 as a small Victorian hotel The Harbour Lights now houses a ground floor licensed restaurant and nine en-suite letting rooms. The berth for the Lundy Island ferry is a 2 minute stroll from our front door.In addition to being the home port for private yachts Ilfracombe is still a working harbour with fresh fish, crabs and lobster landed daily.Harbour Lights is a family-run business. We hope you enjoy your visit. :)

Poor choice of food but the staff are very friendly. The room was a bit dated and the seat could do with some new padding.

Beautifully cooked lobster and gambers. The wine list is reasonable priced too. The serivice was excelent, We asked for the sweet and coffee to be delayed and it was no problem for then. Its so good to go to a restaurant and not feel hurried.

Walked in, got a table for six with no problems. Nice place for an evening meal, reasonably priced, good selection of food. Warm & welcoming service, what more could u ask for.

Doesn't get as fully booked as other restaurants but worth a visit. Friendly helpful staff and really good twice cooked belly pork.

Having being told there would be a 40 minute wait for food (which wasn't a problem) we were shown to our seat, 10 minutes went by before we were asked what drinks we would like, once ordered and after a wait we were told that draught beer was not available, surely the waitress should know they only sell bottled beer!!! There was also a delay in our food order being taken (the restaurant wasn't that busy). We finally had our main course 1 hour after ordering, the food arrived hot but my fish pie was tasteless, but the lamb my husband had was tasty.
Would not rush to go back.
